The present invention relates to devices for fine grinding plant material and can be used in chemical industry and in agriculture. A centrifugal impact mill comprises a vertical stepped housing with bumper elements on the inner surface, each step in which counting in the direction of material travel is made larger in diameter, a stepped disc rotor with beater elements on the periphery located in the housing, an unloading chamber, a loading pipe and an unloading pipe. On the separators located on each stage of the rotor ring-shaped protrusions are made outside of the beater elements. According to the invention, at each stage of the rotor input and output superimposed disks are mounted, and each separator comprises inlet and outlet annular protrusions, unloading pipe and outlet annular separator protrusions extending beyond the plane of inlet superimposed discs of each rotor stage. The external diameter of inlet superimposed disks is for 2- smaller than the outer diameter of bumper elements arrangement; the outlet superimposed disks cover the surfaces of beater elements from the side of separator. The distance from the surfaces of discs of separators to the outlet superimposed discs is by 4-6 times greater than the height of overlapping height by the beater elements of inlet ring-shaped protrusions of separators. The invention provides reduced power consumption for grinding, increase of output and decrease of heat generation by reducing recirculation of the flows and acceleration of the mill unloading. |
