PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular controller allowing more certain avoidance of an engine stall in restoration from fuel cut in braking of a lowμroad. SOLUTION: In a vehicle performing fuel cut of an engine in time of coasting of the vehicle, and lockup of an engine output shaft and a transmission input shaft, a lockup execution flag and a fuel cut execution flag are set as OFF on condition that a brake pressure integrated value exceeds a fixed release decision valueβ, and release of the lockup and the restoration from the fuel cut are executed.
