PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure combined with an electric motor 2 and a friction type continuously variable transmission to be made compact and properly and efficiently supply oil for lubrication. SOLUTION: A motor shaft I is arranged between an input shaft II and a center shaft IV of a differential device with respect to a horizontal direction viewed from an axial direction and a differential ring gear 41 arranged on a lower side is rotated, and thereby the oil for lubrication is scraped and can be supplied to a motor output gear 16 arranged on an upper side via a space part X surrounded by the differential ring gear 41, a gear train Y and a guide wall surface 62.
