PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle intake manifold capable of causing an engine to suck water or oil collected in a surge tank, even if a lower edge of a connection between the surge tank and an intake branch is above the lower part of the surge tank. SOLUTION: The intake manifold 1 is provided with a communicating pipe 6 that communicates a lower portion of the surge tank 4 with an airflow separation section A (intake branch 5 side) of a bent section 34 while bypassing the intake downstream side of the surge tank 4. A differential pressure is produced between both ends of the communicating pipe 6 by airflow separation or the like caused by the flow of intake, and a fluid suction force from the surge tank 4 side to the intake branch 5 side is created inside the communicating pipe 6. In this way, water or oil in the lower portion of the surge tank 4 can be sucked up into the intake branch 5 via the communicating pipe 6 and be sucked into the engine 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
