PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously produce high quality radiological images irrespective of longer use of a radiation source. SOLUTION: A controller 18 includes: an exposure condition storage 32 which stores data on exposure conditions for a radiation source 20 to emit radiation 14; an initial dose information storage 42 which stores initial dose information on the radiation 14 emitted by the radiation source 20 in an initial state; a dose comparison section 44 which determines whether or not the exposure dose has become less than the initial dose based on the comparison between the exposure dose information on the radiation 14 emitted by the radiation source 20 and the initial dose information; and an update processing section 52 which updates the exposure conditions stored in the exposure condition storage 32 to new ones based on the exposure dose information when the dose comparison section 44 determines that the exposure dose has become less than the initial dose.
