摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflective optical sensor capable of more accurately detecting toner density and a position of a toner pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The reflective optical sensor includes: an illumination system in which light emitting parts E1 to E9 are arrayed; a light receiving system in which light receiving parts D1 to D9 are arrayed; an irradiation microlens array in which irradiation microlenses LE1 to LE9 are arrayed in the same pitch as the pitch of the light emitting parts and the light receiving parts; and a light receiving microlens array in which light receiving microlenses LD1 to LD9 are arrayed in the same pitch as the pitch of the light emitting parts and the light receiving parts. The irradiation microlens and the light receiving microlens both have plano-convex shape, and are different in all of radius of curvature of a lens surface, lens area and lens thickness. The illumination system is constituted so that an axis of the light emitting part passing through the center of each light emitting part and perpendicular to the light emitting part is tilted to a surface of a supporting member so as to go toward the light receiving system in a sub-direction, and the light receiving system is constituted so that an axis of the light receiving part passing through the center of each light receiving part and perpendicular to the light receiving part is tilted to the surface of the supporting member so as to go toward the illumination system in the sub-direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
