PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low voltage detection circuit capable of detecting a low voltage accurately with high reliability at the application time of power and at a normal operation time, and having a small IC chip size. SOLUTION: The circuit includes: a first current source and a second current source having a small output impedance generated from a first reference voltage or an input voltage; a switching element connected to the first current source and a second reference voltage having a lower voltage than the first reference voltage, and put into a closed state when a potential difference between both voltages becomes below a prescribed potential difference; and a current mirror circuit for outputting a low voltage detection signal from a connection connected to the second current source, when one side is connected to the first current source through the switching element, and the other side is connected to the second current source, and the switching element is put into the closed state.
