ETHANOL PACKAGING BAG FOR FOOD PRESERVATION, PRESERVATION METHOD AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethanol packaging bag for food preservation which is effective in controlling the propagation of mold and which preserves food hygienically and safely even though its packaging material is printed and also to provide the preservation method and use suitable for the ethanol packaging bag. SOLUTION: In an ethanol packaging bag for food preservation which is formed by sealing a bag shaped packaging material filled with ethanol water solution, the packaging material of the ethanol packaging bag is structured with a multi-layer film comprising a stretched nylon film whose front face is printed and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer layer laminated on the printed face of the nylon film.
