<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract work which should be observed with attention among works currently performed by workers in real time. <P>SOLUTION: An observation assistance system (device) has: a storage section that stores means history of the workers relating to application; and an observation assistance information processing means that, based on operation information that shows operation relating to the application currently performed by a worker, compares the operation history which shows a case where a worker to be observed performed in the past the same operation as the operation shown by the operation information with the operation history which shows a case where the other worker performed the same operation as the operation shown in the operation information among the operation history stored in the storage means, and, when it is determined that the work has characteristics, based on the comparison result, extracts the work as a work to be observed with attention. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
