CONSTRUCTION OF RUBBER SHOCK ABSORBER WITH FLEXIBLE RIGIDITY AND METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF ITS RIGIDITY

The invention pertains to the field of mechanical engineering and mechanics. It can be used in vehicles and industrial-scale plants, which require absorbers with flexible rigidity. Rigidity depends on the absorber's settlement. The aim of invention is simplification of structure and design of the rubber shock absorbers that provides a possibility to design the absorbers with specific flexible rigidity indices. The proposed absorber consists of a base 1 and rubber layer 2, which has a thin corrugated non-elastomeric layer 3 vulcanized in it (of metal, textile, polymer, and other materials). The working scheme of absorber in conformity with invention is shown in fig.3, and it consists of two stages depending on load P applied.
