PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic seam welding apparatus improving the productivity. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic seam welding apparatus 100 for welding an element mounting member of an electronic device to a lid member includes a roller consisting of a disk-like roller body 111 and at least two flange parts provided on a side surface of the roller body with a predetermined spacing, a first horn 113a which is connected to one main surface of the roller to emit the ultrasonic wave, and a second horn 113b which is connected to the other main surface of the roller to emit the ultrasonic wave. The roller is constituted of the first flange part, the roller body and the second flange part in a manner in contact with a welded portion of the lid member while striding across other portion than the welded portion to the lid member of the electronic device.
