PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which achieves excellent appearance, improves ease of installation, and facilitates fine adjustment of an optical axis. SOLUTION: The cowl structure of the saddle-riding type vehicle includes: a head lamp 41; a front cowl 50 fixing the head lamp so as to cover the surroundings of the head lamp; and a front cowl stay 60 which includes a support section for supporting the front cowl, and is fixed to a vehicle body frame 10. The support section includes a first support part for supporting the upper side of the front cowl; and second support parts 552a and 553 for supporting the lower side of the front cowl. The first support part includes a support surface 661 disposed on the front cowl stay, and a pin portion 662 vertically extended from the support surface; and an upper elastic member 544 for positioning the front cowl with respect to the pin portion.
