PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging power supply device which can be reduced in size by reducing the number of components by arranging a plurality of kinds of charging connectors connected to a plurality of kinds of electronic apparatuses (portable telephone or the like, for example) in a narrow space, and can arbitrarily select combinations of the electronic apparatuses and chargers. SOLUTION: The charging power supply device includes a body which has a circuit portion, and first and second connector portions having the plurality of kinds of connectors, respectively. A secondary battery is arranged at the circuit portion, the first connector portion has a first rotating head rotatably supported by a first support possessed by the body, the plurality of kinds of connectors are arranged at the first rotating head, the electronic apparatus can electrically be connected to an arbitrary connector of the first connector portion, and a connector of an external power supply can be connected to an arbitrary connector of the second connector portion.
