PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the efflorescence phenomenon in a lining structure. SOLUTION: The lining structure includes an impermeable layer inhibiting movement of water in any position in the thickness direction of the lining layer, while including a shell, studs fixed to the shell and a lining layer laminated on the shell.
