PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a moving device with high accuracy, by reducing frequency of such erroneous determination that the moving device is walking at each stop station which is not an alighting station, while a user is moving by a train. SOLUTION: At least two positions are acquired from a GPS sensor carried by the user, it is determined at least which of a first moving device and a second moving device is the moving device of the user, thereby moving device information showing the moving device of the user is output, and a moving device database stores the moving device information of the user. Each acceleration at a plurality of points of time is acquired from an acceleration sensor carried by the user, and when the user performs a characteristic movement, a characteristic movement flag is set. When the moving device information stored in the moving device database is the first moving device, and the characteristic movement flag stored in a characteristic movement database is a prescribed value, the moving device information of the user is corrected from the first moving device to the second moving device.
