PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring device and a calibration device, in which sensitivities of plural light-receiving units can be easily calibrated. SOLUTION: In the optical measuring device, plural light-receiving units 42 are mounted on a same circumference, with optical axes of the light-receiving units being directed toward the axial center. In an axially central portion of a machine frame thereof, a reference member 82 for calibration formed of an anisotropic scattering medium into a cylindrical shape is disposed, and a reference light source unit 84 is disposed and opposed to a reference surface of the reference member for calibration. The reference light source unit illuminates the reference member for calibration with light of a wavelength corresponding to fluorescence detected by the light-receiving units. The light illuminated to the reference member for calibration propagates while repeating isotropic scattering and is emitted from the peripheral surface of the reference member for calibration. Due thereto, light of an equivalent light amount is incident to the light-receiving unit and calibration is performed on the basis of the measured values outputted corresponding to the light.
