PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle, capable of changing a turning characteristic according to a turning stage of the vehicle. SOLUTION: When it is determined that a second condition is satisfied by a second condition determination means based on a time differential value of a steering angle and it is determined that a first condition is satisfied by a first condition determination means based on the steering angle, a camber angle adjusting device is operated to adjust a camber angle of at least a turning outer wheel of wheels to a first camber angle. In this case, whether or not the vehicle is in the turning state can be detected by acquiring the steering angle and the time differential value of the steering angle is steering angular velocity, and the steering angle and the time differential value of the steering angle directly reflect an operation of turning of a driver and reflect a turning stage of the vehicle based on an operation of the driver. Thus, the camber angle of the wheel is adjusted based on the two conditions of the first condition and the second condition, and thereby the turning characteristic of the vehicle can be changed according to the turning stage.
