摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact lens drive device that secures accuracy of inclination of a lens optical axis even if a sleeve holding a lens holder is formed by a resin mold and even if the diameter of the lens to be mounted is larger. SOLUTION: The lens drive device 1 includes a substantially cylindrical sleeve 8 that holds the lens holder on the inner peripheral side, driving coils 14, 15, and a driving magnet 17. An inner peripheral surface 8a and a second inner peripheral surface 8b having a larger inner diameter than the first inner peripheral surface 8a are formed on the inner peripheral side of the sleeve 8. Coil winding parts 8d, 8e on which the driving coils 14, 15 are wound are formed on the outer peripheral side of the sleeve 8. Part of the first inner peripheral surface 8a is a female screw part 8c forming a female screw for fixing the lens holder. A recess 8g concave toward the inside in the diameter direction from the other portion of the coil winding part 8d is formed on a part of the outside part in the diameter direction of the female screw part 8c of the coil winding part 8d.
