PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a battery pack terminal near the terminal of mobile communication equipment. SOLUTION: A battery pack, wherein components including a cell as a battery body, an insulating component, and a circuit board electrically connected to the cell and having a battery terminal to exterior are connected to be assembled into a cell assembly covered with a frame at outer periphery thereof, is mounted on a battery mounting part 72 provided in a body 71 of electronic equipment. The frame includes: an opening part exposing the battery terminal on one face; and a holding structure 12 elastically abutting the wall face of the battery mounting part 72 on one face opposite to one face which has the opening part.
