PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture curable resin composition which presents no color even if a tin-based catalyst with a high catalytic activity and a triazole-based compound with a high ability for ultraviolet absorption are used together. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition comprises 0.01-10 pts.mass of the tin-based catalyst (B), 0.01-20 pts.mass of the triazole-based compound (C) and 0.01-20 pts.mass of a boron-based compound (D) based on 100 pts.mass of a curable resin (A) having a cross-linkable silyl group in a molecule. The curable resin (A) is preferably a polyoxyalkylene polymer and/or a poly(meth)acrylate polymer having, in a molecule, a cross-linkable silyl group represented by following formula (1):-X-SiR<SP>1</SP><SB>3-a</SB>(OR<SP>2</SP>)<SB>a</SB>, wherein X represents a 1-20C hydrocarbon group; R<SP>1</SP>represents a 1-20C hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>represents an organic group with a molecular weight of 300 or less; and a represents 1, 2 or 3.
