PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a men's lower body garment following the movement of the lower half of the body, and increased in feeling of wear by suppressing tightness of the trunk and the thigh. SOLUTION: This men's lower body garment includes both right and left cylindrical parts made of a stretch knitted fabric knitted with a socks circular knitting machine, and extending between a lower end below the knee and an upper end above the waist, and a front body and a back body each made of a stretch knitted fabric, and present in the back and forth of a trunk part by cutting opposed inner edges from the crotch position of both the right and left cylindrical parts to the upper end, and sewing both the edges on the cut sections. The front body placed on a belly side extends from the upper end to a crotch part of the lower end, and is forwardly protruded on a private part position, and on the other hand, the lower end center of the back body placed on a hip side is sewn on the lower end of the front body and the crotch part as the crotch part, and the right and left lower parts branched by putting the lower end center therebetween are downwardly extended crossing over the crotch part, to the inside of a thigh part so as to have a shape allowing to follow opening legs.
