PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, an information processing method and an information processing program capable of saving a user the effort of selecting data, while facilitating the selection of data that will not create a problem even if deleted. SOLUTION: The information processing device includes: a storage unit 50 in which a plurality of data and association information including copy information indicating whether or not data has been copied to an external storage device 60 are stored in association; a priority determination unit 51 for determining the priority of deleting data based on the association information so that the priority of the data copied to the external storage device 60 is higher; and a display control unit 52 for displaying a deletion list including the plurality of data in a display unit 53 in the order matching the priority determined by the priority determination unit 51, when the user selects the data to be deleted from the plurality of data.
