Hybrid rubber tape features width varying from 5 to 50 mm and thickness varying from 0.5 to 3.0 mm and comprises conducting rubber part and that with lower conductivity. Conducting rubber part makes tape surface fraction on each side or only one tape side while remaining surface fraction is formed by part with lower conductivity.
