Disclosed is a portable cold and hot massage device. The present invention comprises: a contact head (10); a cold and hot change element (20); a first heat storage unit (40) which is a bulk-shaped member made by a heat conductivity material and formed with a heat storage cavity (42) having an empty center, wherein the first heat storage unit is contacted with a rear side of the cold and hot change element (20) and externally emits the heat absorbed by the cold and hot change element (20); a second heat storage unit (50) which is a box-shaped member with an empty center that is made by a heat conductivity material, wherein the second heat storage unit is inserted into the heat storage cavity in a state of being contacted with an inner side of the heat storage cavity of the first heat storage unit (40), and absorbs the heat stored in the first heat storage unit; a driving unit (60) which drives the cold and hot change element; and a housing (30), wherein in case of a cold massage function, the heat which is absorbed through the contact head from the skin of a user by the cold and hot change element is stored by the first heat storage unit, and is emitted to the outside of a massage device (100) by an exposed external surface of the first heat storage unit, and in case of the cold massage function, a heat storage medium w which is thermally conductive and replaceable is additionally stored on the inside of the second heat storage unit so that the heat absorbed in the first heat storage unit is absorbed again and moved in the heat storage medium w included in the second heat storage unit, thereby providing an additional heat radiation path through the heat storage medium w. According to the present invention, since a cooling fan and a motor are not employed, noise and vibration can be removed and miniaturization is accomplished, and further, mobility is increased due to the reduction in power consumption. |
