PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling structure of a collar member which can easily confirm whether the collar member is erroneously assembled or not when the collar member is fit and inserted to a prescribed position of a rotating shaft. SOLUTION: In the assembling structure of the collar member in which the rotating shaft 20 is pivoted to a bearing hole of a bearing wall of a structural body by a journal a1, and the collar member 25 at which a diameter-enlarged part 25t is protrusively formed while being shifted to one side with respect to the center axial direction at the external peripheral face of a cylinder 25c is fit to the rotating shaft 20, the collar member 25 is fit to the rotating shaft 20 while the side end face 25i of an opposite diameter-enlarged part on a side to which the diameter-enlarged part 25t of the cylinder 25c is shifted is oriented toward the bearing wall, made to abut on a step a2 of the rotating shaft 20, and fixed thereto, and a protrusion 100 is protrusively formed at the end face 11s of the bearing hole with a prescribed clearance width C against the diameter-enlarged part 25t.
