<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component baking system of a polyurethane base, which is effective at a low baking temperature, is effective by using a various block agent, a resin, and a hydrophilization agent, and is suitable for comprehensive application. <P>SOLUTION: The one-component baking system of a polyurethane base includes (a) a blocked polyisocyanate, (b) a polymer having polyisocyanate-reactive groups, (c) at least one of an organic compound and/or an inorganic compound of molybdenum and/or tungsten with an oxidation state of at least +4, and (d) water and/or an organic solvent or a combined solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
