PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise and easily understandable enhanced guidance at proper timing. Continuously, an evaluation means 730 evaluates the visibility and uniqueness of the target candidate by increasing the priority of the changed target candidate. Next, a determination means 740 determines the one having the highest qualification as a guide target is determined as the guide target on the basis of the evaluation result by the evaluation means 730.
