PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a numerically-controlled machine tool that simply adjusts the displacement of a tool changer. SOLUTION: When a spindle head 3 is elevated (S2; Yes), a CPU 31 detects a current value I of a magazine motor 55 and stores the detected current value I in a RAM 33 (S3). If the elevation of the spindle head 3 is completed (S4; Yes), the CPU 31 determines whether or not the current value I is within a prescribed range (S5). If the current value I is out of the prescribed range (S5; No), the CPU 31 calculates a correction amount α, used for correcting a rotation amount of the magazine motor 55, on the basis of a correction formula read from the RAM 33 and the maximum current value I<SB>m</SB>of a plurality of the current values I stored in the RAM 33 (S8). The CPU 31 drives the magazine motor 55 and rotates a tool magazine 10 by a rotation angle (θ+α) on the basis of a rotation angle θ read from the RAM 33 and the calculated correction amount α (S9).
