<p>An apparatus and a method for dialing in a mobile terminal are provided. More particularly, an apparatus and a method for performing dialing while maintaining communication with a counterpart user are provided. The apparatus includes a touch determining unit and a dial determining unit. When detecting a touch input of a dial pad while performing communication, a touch determining unit determines dial information of a position at which the touch input has been detected. The dial determining unit provides the dial information determined by the touch determining unit as voice information.</p> |
