<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a novel silicone phosphoric acid triester, and to apply it as a cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: The novel silicone phosphoric acid triester is a compound shown by formula (I), when this is used for a cosmetic, it excels in a treatment effect, smooth feeling of use, or a cosmetic persistent effect. The cosmetic may include a silicone phosphoric acid diester and/or a silicone phosphoric acid monoester.
