PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely correct a light-on level of a driving signal for driving a light emitting element. SOLUTION: This light emitting device or the like divides a voltage by interposing a resistance group 130 between the first terminal T1 supplied with a 1 level voltage V<SB>1</SB>, and the second terminal T2 supplied with a 1022 level voltage V<SB>1022</SB>, and brings a 0 level voltage V<SB>0</SB>supplied to the third terminal T3a in a low-voltage side, and a 1023 level voltage V<SB>1023</SB>supplied to the third terminal T3b in a high-voltage side, into a voltage value independent of the 1 level voltage V<SB>1</SB>to the 1022 level voltage V<SB>1022</SB>. For example, the 1 level voltage V<SB>1</SB>to the 1022 level voltage V<SB>1022</SB>other than the 1023 level voltage V<SB>1023</SB>corresponding to a turn-off level of the driving signal Xi are allocated concentratedly to a range required to correct the light-on level of the driving signal Xi for light-emitting the light emitting element at a target brightness, when a driving transistor for driving the light emitting element is a p-channel type.
