PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for adjustment of drawing colors that eliminates the need for an expensive measuring device or a complicated step of converting a wavelength of color and color representation codes of an object to be measured. SOLUTION: The method for adjusting drawing colors adjusts colors of a drawing material formed by solidifying an arranged liquid body and includes: a target color displaying step of displaying a target color on a color display part; a liquid body arrangement step of arranging the liquid body on the color display part; an image acquisition step of acquiring a color measuring image including a part where the target color is displayed on the color display part and a drawing part where the liquid body is solidified; a drawing color analysis step of acquiring a drawing part color tone information by analyzing a drawing part image of the drawing part in a color measuring image and a target color part color tone information by analyzing a target color image of the target color; a drawing color determination step of determining the presence or absence of a difference between the drawing color and the target color from the drawing part color tone information and the target color part color tone information; and a drawing color adjusting step of approximating the drawing part color tone information to the target color part color tone information by adjusting the color tone in the drawing part by means of adjusting the liquid body.
