The roller (1) has a shaft (5) firmly and electrically connected with an electrically conductive area of a cylinder (2). An electric contact element is electric conductively connected with an electric voltage supply, and a spring element presses the contact element against a circumference of the shaft, where the contact element is guided in the circumference. The contact element and the circumference are looped on top of each other, and a stop is positioned in a counter stop, where a gap is provided between the contact element and the shaft.
