Solving Means An ATM control device (18) for an ATM (automatic manual transmission) (16) automatically changing a shift position by use of an actuator includes: a cornering-state judging part (110) judging whether its vehicle has transitioned to a cornering state from a normal running state; a modified shift-up table generating part (130) generating a modified shift-up table when the vehicle is judged to have transitioned to a cornering state, the modified shift-up table making a shift-up more difficult to occur than a reference shift-up table (131) does; and a gear-shift controlling part (100) performing gear-shift control by using the reference shift-up table (131) during the normal running state, whereas performing gear-shift control by using the modified shift-up table instead of the reference shift-up table (131) when the vehicle is judged to have transitioned to a cornering state.
