PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone number guidance automatic connection system which can reduce introduction costs or maintenance costs when implementing a number guidance automatic connection service over an IP network. SOLUTION: In order not to charge a call (first call) of telephone number guidance between a calling terminal 40 and a number guidance automatic connection apparatus 20, in the number guidance automatic connection apparatus 20, the same information as information (call start time, call end time, calling number) of the first call of a subscriber server 10 is recorded and a non-charging flag is set. A charging device 30 uses the information as a search key to set the first call to non-charging in association with the charging information of the first call of the subscriber server 10 and performs charging based on the number of times of guiding a telephone number and a calling time of automatic connection call after telephone number guidance.
