摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device constituted by a liquid crystal dispensing system capable of suppressing an occurrence of a bubble in a liquid crystal (low temperature bubble). SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device equipped with columnar spacers formed by one drop filling between a first substrate and a second substrate, the columnar spacers includes both main columnar spacers with large height and sub-columnar spacers with small height. The main columnar spacer is formed to face the intersection of a gate signal line and a drain signal line. The sub-columnar spacer is formed to face the intersection of the gate signal line and the drain signal line and to face a part or the whole of a thin film transistor forming area.
