<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay apparatus, a virtual machine system and a relay method for preventing the transmission and reception of a multicast packet from being interrupted even after executing live migration. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that live migration is performed, whether a migration source physical machine of a virtual machine belongs to a multicast group is determined.
