<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal capable of displaying regional information around a station at favorable timing when a person gets off a train. <P>SOLUTION: The portable terminal includes: a current location information acquisition part which acquires the current location information indicative of current location of the portable terminal; an acceleration measurement part which measures the acceleration of the portable terminal; a riding determination part which determines whether the user of the portable terminal rides on the train or is on the train or not, based on predetermined information; a station information acquisition part which acquires the identification information of a station associated to the current location information if the user of the portable terminal rides on the train or is on the train and the acceleration measurement part detects deceleration above a predetermined value; a region information acquisition part which acquires the region information that is the information regarding facilities around the station associated with the identification information of the station; a display part; and a display control part which displays the acquired region information on the display part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
