PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film glass manufactured through a manufacturing step of the thin film glass by roll-to-roll which includes a step of transporting and winding the thin film glass while preventing the sticking of the flexible thin film glass to each other without using an inserting material such as a plastic sheet or a slip sheet to be capable of winding the glass alone and preventing the close contact of the glass with a transporting roll wherein the manufacture of various kinds of the thin film devices using the thin film glass as a base material is carried out by roll to roll without using the inserting material such as the slip paper or the like. SOLUTION: The flexible thin film glass is surface-treated to have a gap between the contact surfaces when the thin film glasses are laminated on each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
