<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage extractor which extracts a beverage with hot water from raw materials of various kinds of beverages such as green tea, black tea, and coffee. <P>SOLUTION: In the beverage extractor, constituted of an extraction container which has an extraction hole on the bottom section, a filter which covers the extraction hole and forms a filtering space together with the extraction container, a valve which opens/closes the extraction hole, a valve opening/closing mechanism which makes the valve perform the opening/closing motion, and a ventilation mechanism consisting of a hollow section which communicates with an internal opening section located in the filtering space and an external opening section located on the outside of the extraction container, the external opening section is located at a height position at which hot water does not flow backward for the beverage extractor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
