PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a tire inner liner, the composition capable of improving flexure fatigue resistance without decreasing resistance against air permeation. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the tire inner liner contains 0.5 to 5 pts.mass of zinc borate based on 100 pts.mass of a butyl rubber component containing a halogenated butyl rubber and/or a butyl rubber.
