PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize CO<SB>2</SB>emissions so that space flight with CO<SB>2</SB>emissions reduced to zero is fully achieved, circuit of the earth 16 times in a day is achieved, and so on, since the existing aircraft have an extremely high air resistance during flight in the atmosphere and cause extraordinary volumes of CO<SB>2</SB>emissions. SOLUTION: A metal ball liquid metal gravity cooling turbine core is driven, and various heating turbines are concurrently driven. Power having the same speed and the same volume as the atmospheric pressure is set to be mercury power around 10,000-23,000 times the existing steam turbine. In heat production, air heated by solar light is compressed by a plurality of heat pumps and the air heated by the solar light is heated and compressed so as to recover heat. Overheated steam heat and compressed air cold are produced, dividedly preserved, and used for the rotation output for the plurality of turbines. The combined engine jet section (78B) of a solar gravity helicopter (39C) is driven aiming at jet propulsion by using the power around 23,000 times the existing steam turbine, and cost for reaching space by launching a theoretically best rocket from the vicinity of the best flight altitude of the existing aircraft is reduced to 1/100 or less.
