METHOD FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND TREATMENT OF POSTTRAUMATIC HAEMATOMAS OF LOWER EXTREMITY

The method for diagnostics and treatment of posttraumatic haematomas of lower extremity comprises the use of endoscopic equipment and surgical instruments. Preliminary the haematoma limits and its localization are determined in relative to the external covers. The two operating channels are made in the projection of proximal and distal haematom limits. The haematoma is deleted and evacuated. The through-wash drainage of haematoma cavity is provided under the adequate endovideoscopic control.
