PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and inexpensive automatic bread maker equipped with a convenient mechanism by which breads can be manufactured from grains. SOLUTION: On the bottom section of a bread container of this automatic bread maker, there is installed a blade rotating shaft which supports a crushing blade and a kneading blade (either one of them is not shown in the figure). The automatic bread maker includes: a driving shaft 11 which is power-transmissively connected with the blade rotating shaft under a state wherein the bread container is housed in a baking chamber 30; a first motor 50 for rotating the kneading blade at a low speed; a second motor 60 for rotating the crushing blade at a high speed; and a clutch 56 which performs the power transmission and the power interception. The automatic bread maker is equipped with a first power transmitting section which power-transmissively connects the output shaft 51 of the first motor 50 with the driving shaft 11, and a second power transmitting section which always power-transmissively connects the output shaft 61 of the second motor 60 with the driving shaft 11 when the clutch 56 performs the power transmission.
