<p>Provided are a plate element which can reduce the friction torque, and a friction clutch device and a brake device, which are provided with the plate element. In a friction clutch device (100), a clutch plate (103) is retained by meshing a clutch plate (103) with an inner peripheral surface (101a) of an outer case (101) to be rotated by driving an engine. The clutch plate (103) is provided with a flat and annular pressing element (103a) which is pressed to and in frictional contact with a clutch friction plate (107). Engagement protrusions (103b) which are fitted in recessed engagement grooves (101b) provided in the outer case (101) and meshed with the outer case (101), are radially formed on the outer peripheral surface of the pressing element (103a). Furthermore, protrusions (103c) which are projected toward the inner peripheral surface (101a) of the outer case (101), are formed between the adjacent engagement protrusions (103b) on the outer peripheral surface of the pressing element (103a).</p> |
