<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tea leaf transporting apparatus which can sanitarily transport tea leaves. <P>SOLUTION: The tea leaf-transporting apparatus 1 is characterized by having a structure for transporting tea leaves 11 supplied into a transportation pipe 32 configured from a metal pipe such as a stainless pipe or a resin pipe such as a vinyl chloride resin pipe with hot water 12 as a medium, and then separating the hot water 12 and the tea leaves 11 discharged from the transportation pipe 32. The temperature of the hot water 12, the time for passing the tea leaves 11 through the transportation pipe 32, and the like can be adjusted to transport the hot water and the tea leaves and simultaneously perform the sterilization of the tea leaves, oxidative enzyme deactivation, cuticular layer decrease and caffeine decrease. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
