PURPOSE: A safety valve for cryogenic fluid is provided to prevent decrease of elastic modulus of a spring due to contact with cryogenic fluid. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve for cryogenic fluid comprises a body(110), a spool seat(120), a spool(130), a spring support(160) and a spring cap(140). The body comprises a fluid path. The spool seat makes contact with the slope of the inlet of the body. The spool seat comprises a discharging hole(122b) and a sucking hole(122a). The spool is mounted on the inner circumferential surface of the body to make contact with the rear end of the spool seat. The spring support is mounted on the inner circumferential surface of the rear of the body. A through hole is formed on the surface of the spool.
