The system has a controller (102) with interface ports (102.5, 102.6) standing in signal communication with interface ports (101.3, 101.4) of a safety laser scanner (101) for transmitting measuring results of the scanner to the controller and/or control commands of the controller to the scanner. A logic unit of the controller is formed such that a safety function is released during penetration of an object e.g. person, into a protection field, where the safety function is disabled when the penetration of the object is detected by warning fields. |
