The invention relates to the field of propulsion engineering, namely to exhaust gas breathing systems of the internal combustion engine.The device for desooting the exhaust gases and for abating the noise of the internal combustion engine includes an exhaust muffler (1) with inlet (2) and outlet (5) pipes for exhaust gases, attached by a tube (6) to the inlet nozzle (8) of the filter (7), wherein is placed a tube (12), closed on both ends, fixed to the inlet nozzle (8) of the filter (7), with holes on the diametrically opposite side surfaces for the outlet of the exhaust gases, and located below the liquid level, and a metal mesh (11) with fine meshes, fixed around the perimeter of the filter (7) body and located below the liquid level. The exhaust muffler (1) is additionally equipped with dividing vertical walls (3, 4), fixed in the upper and lower parts of the body of the exhaust muffler (1), filled with liquid.As liquid can be used mineral oil. |
