Whether or not system side voltage suppression has occurred is estimated on the basis of: history data on system side voltage fluctuation conditions, the date and time, the ambient temperature, and the weather conditions and similar when system side voltage suppression has occurred in the past; and data on present system side voltage fluctuation conditions, date and time, ambient temperature, and weather conditions. The system is provided with a power control means (6) which, if it is estimated that system side voltage suppression has occurred, stores in an energy storage device (3) surplus generated power that has been generated by a solar power generating device (2). Thus the use of the surplus generated power generated by the solar power generating device (2) can be switched from electricity for selling to the system side, to storage as energy.
